1. What is the shelf life of cotton candy?

  1. At least 100 days. Store in cool (room temperature) and out of direct sunlight for long periods of time. Cotton candy will melt when it is hot or wet.

2. Do you customize or print labels for the bags?

3. How big are the bags/cotton candy?

One ounce is 5X8 inches. 2.4 ounce is 7X11 inches. 3.4 ounce is 7.5X12 inches.

4. Why do i have to pay for shipping? Cotton candy doesn’t weigh that much.

  1. We have to ship in large boxes and the weight is so little.

5. How do I calculate the shipping cost?

  1. There is a shipping and handling calculator when you go through the ordering process.

6. May I use a purchase order to order and pay later?

  1. Yes, but you will have to call us and set up an account.

7. Do you offer volume discounts?

  1. Yes, but you will have to call us and set up an account.

8. Is it possible to get tracking numbers for my shipment?

  1. Yes, the tracking number is sent when you complete your order. If you do not receive a tracking number, please call us and we will get it for you.

9. Do you ship internationally or to APO/FPO addresses?

  1. For international orders, please call our office. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

10. When should I order?

  1. To ensure your order is delivered on time, please order 7-10 business days before your event. Our ship turn around time is 72 hours. Note: Our peak season months are September and October, so allow more shipping time for your event if it's during this time.
